Eastern Wisdom Circle of Women- 3rd Sunday Monthly
Held on the 3rd Sunday, each month, 1:00 - 3:00 pm, the Eastern Wisdom Circle helps you deepen your sense of holistic wellbeing and increase your connection to like minded women.
The intention of this monthly women's gathering, is to hold space and offer wisdom to increase one's holistic (mind-body-heart-soul) wellbeing; inspired by Eastern Perspectives & Practices drawing upon Vedic Traditions. Indigenous to India - Vedas (meaning the science of living) is the root of Buddhist, Hindu, and Jain spiritualities.
Through teachings (myth, philosophy, scripture, etc.) activities ("ohm"ing, chanting, meditation, writing, movement etc.), and ceremonies - this circle of joyful learning is held by Krishnakali (aka Roke Noir), one of the Labrys practitioners. Born and raised in India, Roke is a seeker, practitioner and teacher of Vedic and Shamanic Practices. Her passion lies in threading together wisdom from the east and west with arts and science to allow psychosomatic transformation. She offers psychosomatic wellness coaching for individuals, life-skills group classes, and facilitates transformative circles, retreats, and journeys to India for women.
