Eastern Healing Wisdom Circle
3rd Sunday Monthly
MARCH 15: We will claim 9 aspects of Warrior Women
The intention of this monthly women's gathering is to increase one's confidence, abilities, and resources inspired by Eastern Philosophies & Practices (Vedic Traditions - indigenous to India, the root of Buddhist, Hindu, Jain, & Tibetan spiritualities), held within a safe, joyful, and conscious space by Krishnakali (aka Roke Noir), one of the Labrys practitioners. Join us on the 3rd Sunday each month to explore an unique perspective. Learn from eastern philosophies (Hinduism & Buddhism), engage in breath-work, meditation, chanting and various eastern wellness practices, and participate in a ceremony.
Held on the 3rd Sunday, each month, 1:00 - 3:00 pm, the Eastern Healing Wisdom Circle helps you deepen your self care practices and inspires you to live a life from a place of choice and pleasure.
You walk out with a new perspectives and tools to source yourself from things seen and unseen to resource your intentions, desires, and wants - be it personal, relational, or occupational. We go by the "Dakshina" system. It respects the reciprocity between a student and a teacher and allows the student to earn knowledge and hence be worthy of it. All from the place of love. For me it means that you give the most you want and least you can. No one turned away for lack of funds. This class taught by Krishnakali (aka Roke Noir), born and brought up in India, and lives in Oakland - who is a seeker, practitioner and teacher of Vedic and Shamanic Practices. Her passion lies in threading together wisdom from the east and west with arts and science to allow psychosomatic transformation. She is a practitioner at Labrys Healthcare Circle, and offers psychosomatic wellness coaching for individuals, life-skills group classes, and facilitates transformative circles, retreats, and journeys to India - FOR WOMEN.
